Stuart Grossman Quoted in Daily Business Review on Judicial Ethics Case
Grossman Yaffa Cohen founder Stuart Z. Grossman was recently quoted in the Daily Business Review about his representation of Third District Court of Appeal Judge Bronwyn Miller in an ongoing judicial disciplinary proceeding.
The article, “Miami Judge Fighting Ethics Probe Wants Witness Communications With Judicial Watchdog,” looks at a dispute over access to communications between witnesses and Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Commission. Stuart is seeking the communications as part of his preparation for Judge Miller’s defense, while the JQC maintains that they are protected by confidentiality provisions under the Florida Constitution.
During the hearing, Stuart stressed that access to the materials is important to his ability to fully prepare and represent his client.
The matter is scheduled for a final hearing in January 2027.
